Mamtu, the dumplings of North of Pakistan, is a one in all a sort and very great dish in Gilgit Baltistan. Mamtu is an extraordinarily flavorful quick meal initially originated from China. Some might consider it as a standard nourishment of Gilgit Baltistan.

Preparation of dough:

  • Salt, 2 teaspoon
  • Oil

For filling (vegetarian):
