These tacos are served with shredded cabbage, spyce sauce, pickled onions with habanero, lemon and pico de gallo.

Typical of the states of the Baja California peninsula, they are made with corn tortillas, although it is also common to eat them in flour tortillas, but the filling is weathered fish or shrimp.

The capeado is made from wheat flour, baking soda, egg, salt, pepper, water, beer, and sometimes mustard. They are very popular for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
