Cottage cheese broccoli and spinach kebabs or tikki

Very nutritious starter made of cottage cheese (called paneer in India), spinach, broccoli, and potatoes. It’s served with healthy mint and green coriander chutney or sauce.

  • Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), grated or crumbled
  • Broccoli
  • Potatoes
  • Spinach leaves
  • Green chilies
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Chaat masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • Red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt
  • Corn flour or bread crumbs
  • Oil
