- Veggie: Meat could be replaced with tofu or soy bean related products such as Tempeh (fermented tofu) or bean curd skin
- Chicken breast OR pork collar.
- Carrot, mushrooms, bean spouts, spinach , cucumber.
- Roasted sesame seeds

- Seasoning: Korean chilli paste( Gochujang), sesame oil, dark & light soy sauce, pear purée, un-refined raw sugar.
