Ayimolou&Cloclo&Nougbagba = bean rice with chicken, stewed tomato sauce and gari

In Togo we eat it only in the morning, from noon it is no longer offered for sale. People who work very hard physically like to eat it for breakfast or in the morning.
It is eaten with spaghetti, boiled egg and beef skin. There are many sauces with which you can eat Ayimolou!
