Chole Kulche is popular North Indian dish. Chole is tangy chickpea curry made with blend of aromatic spices, tomatoes and onions. Kulcha are soft, leavened bread stuffed with potato, mostly made out of all purpose flour, typically baked in tandoor or oven.
