TASTY GLUTEN-FREE RECIPES (VEGGIE)

The focus of this cooking class are 100% gluten-free recipes that you can easily replicate at home, and cook for your celebrations or even for the working week. Whether you are gluten intolerant or not, you’ll be delighted by the yumminess of these Colombian & Italian recipes!

  1. A vegetarian gluten-free ceviche. Veggie mushrooms ceviche with sweet potatoes.
  2. An iconic Italian gluten-free soup. Ribollita toscana: a hearth-warming soup prepared with autumn vegetables.
  3.  A gluten-free  Colombian fingerfood.  Zweierlei Colombian Arepas with 2 types of corn flour, filled with cheese and avocado.

This is an interactive hands-on group cooking class, where you’ll practice new cooking skills, while learning how to prepare and preserve the meals.

 

Improving your cooking skills is the best way to have nourishing freshly cooked food at your table every day! Plus these skills help you prevent food waste in your home, as you will know what to do with your vegetables and leftovers.

 

You’ll have fun with the group and sample the food that you have just cooked!

No advanced cooking skills are required, just be interested about learning, and bring a good mood!

All the necessary cooking equipment, use of aprons and some non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price.

Please bring some containers to take home the meals (if you manage not to eat them all on the spot!)

The focus of this cooking class are meal prep recipes that you can easily replicate at home for your busy working week. We’ll learn how to cook freshly from scratch:

  1. Vegetarian hand-folded dumplings (gyoza). Vegetarian dumplings hand folded in different ways. Served pan-fried, with a dip.
  2. Oven-baked turmeric chicken, with rice.

    A quick and tasty lunch or dinner for any day of the working week.

  3. Wendy’s curry with seasonal vegetables. Make something yummy with the random veggies lying around in your fridge!

This is an interactive hands-on cooking class, we’ll be working in small groups in several cooking stations.

You will learn 3 recipes that you can prepare in advance and have them ready for your busy working week.

You’ll practice new cooking skills, while learning how to prepare and preserve the meals, and you’ll learn how to creatively use vegetables before they get forgotten in the back of your fridge.

Good planning and cooking in advance is a great way to prevent food waste in your home.

The focus of this cooking class is a 3-course menu composed of 100% vegan dishes with the full flavours of Indian cuisine, guided by a professional chef with experience in high-class restaurants. You’ll learn how to cook freshly from scratch:

  1. Vegan hand-folded samosa. Served pan-fried, with a dip.
  2. Chana masala.

    A delicious, protein-packed, flavorsome, and healthy traditional Indian meal. You’ll be surprised by the deepth of its flavour!

  3. Side dishes: Home-made roti bread and Indian rice.

  4. A delectable vegan mango cream.
