The recipes:

  1. Vegetarian hand-folded Momos. Pakistani hand-folded momos share the essence of dumplings. Momo, with it’s roots in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, India & also the Pakistani variation from Hunza Valley.
  2. Karachi Chicken Paneer Reshmi Handi. A popular & delightful dish where tender pieces of chicken & Indian cottage cheese are cooked in creamy flavorful Reshmi (silken) gravy.
  3. Naqeeba’s Suji Halwa & Root Afza. A popular festive sweet dish made with roasted semolina and infused in sugar, milk, cardamon and nuts. It is paired with Pakistan’s National refreshing drink Root Afra, with a vibrant red color made from natural ingredients like fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers.
