Chef Aadil from India is offering a new themed cooking class, with a focus on 100% vegan dishes with the full flavours of Indian cuisine. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from a professional chef with experience in high-class restaurants new recipes, new cooking techniques, and amazing flavours. The recipes are well suited for both your celebrations at home and your meal prepping for the working week. You’ll learn how to cook freshly from scratch:
- Vegan hand-folded samosa. Served pan-fried, with a dip.
- Chana masala.
A delicious, protein-packed, flavorsome, and healthy traditional Indian meal. You’ll be surprised by the deepth of its flavour!
Side dishes: Home-made roti bread and Indian rice.

This is an interactive hands-on cooking class, we’ll be working in small groups in several cooking stations.
You will learn several recipes that you can easily replicate at home and cook for your family or guests, or prepare in advance to eat during your busy working week.
You’ll practice new cooking skills, while learning how to prepare and preserve the meals, and you’ll learn how to creatively use vegetables before they get forgotten in the back of your fridge.
Good planning and cooking in advance is a great way to prevent food waste in your home.
You’ll have fun with the group and sample the food that you have just cooked!
No advanced cooking skills are required, just be interested about learning, and bring a good mood!
All the necessary cooking equipment, ingredients, use of aprons and some non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price.
Please bring some containers to take home the meals (if you manage not to eat them all on the spot!)
