The focus of this cooking class are 100% gluten-free recipes that you can easily replicate at home, and cook for your celebrations or even for the working week. Whether you are gluten intolerant or not, you’ll be delighted by the yumminess of these Colombian & Italian recipes!
- A vegetarian gluten-free ceviche. Veggie mushrooms ceviche with sweet potatoes.
- An iconic Italian gluten-free soup. Ribollita toscana: a hearth-warming soup prepared with autumn vegetables.
- A gluten-free Colombian fingerfood. Zweierlei Colombian Arepas with 2 types of corn flour, filled with cheese and avocado.

All the necessary cooking equipment, use of aprons and some non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price.
Please bring some containers to take home the meals (if you manage not to eat them all on the spot!).
