Chef Aysha from India/Bangladesh is offering a new themed cooking class, sharing her secrets about the Ayurveda kitchen! You will learn 3 vegetarian recipes using different spices not only tantalize your tastebuds but also promote a holistic well-being. Elevate your culinary creations with authentic homemade dips, presenting a visually appealing authentic Indian feast!

The recipes:

🍲Vegetarian Samosa. Hand folded triangles filled with potato, pea & various spices. Served deep fried with a homemade dip.

🍲Vegetables Pakoras. A popular flavorful Indian snack using seasonal vegetables and chickpea flour batter. Served deep fried with a homemade dip.

🍲Aysha’s Khichuri. A wholesome nutritious Indian dish made by cooking rice and different lentils together. Immerse yourself in Ayurvedic principals, exploring the art of balancing spices like turmeric, cumin, and more!

✅You’ll have fun with the group and will get prepared to impress your family, your partner, or your friends, in your next event at home 😎

This is an interactive hands-on group cooking class, where you’ll practice new cooking skills, while learning how to prepare and preserve the meals. We’ll be working in small groups in several cooking stations in a spacious studio. We estimate a duration of 3,5h-4h, depending on the size and the skills of the group. 

 

Improving your cooking skills is the best way to have nourishing freshly cooked food at your table every day! Plus these skills help you prevent food waste in your home, as you will know what to do with your vegetables and leftovers.

 

You’ll have fun with the group and sample the food that you have just cooked!

No advanced cooking skills are required, just be interested about learning, and bring a good mood!

All the necessary cooking equipment, use of aprons and some non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price.

Please bring some containers to take home any leftovers (if you manage not to eat them all on the spot!).

When registering, we’ll ask you to share your food intolerances or allergies, and we’ll try to consider them so that you can fully enjoy the cooking session.
